This sunday, I attended the opening of the new Agriculture Museum in Santa Paula, Ca. It is part of the Museum of Ventura County (MVC). I believe it is important to understand the history of agriculture in Ventura County! But this history must be a balance between the growers and agricultural workers histories! Like always, the history of agricultural workers was given a small back corner (a few photos) in the new museum. I hope in the future, the museum increases the history of agricultural workers in Ventura County with more space and exhibits!
