NOTE: We finished our MiLB road trip before the Fresno Grizzlies issue<\/a><\/strong>. I\u2019m glad the organization apologized, especially if they continue to participate in the Copa de la Diversi\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>. COPA is a MiLB initiative to engage, embrace, and honor the Latina\/a\/x communities across the baseball landscape.<\/em><\/p>\n

We just finished our first tour (7 weeks) of Minor League Baseball<\/a><\/em> (MiLB)<\/strong> teams and stadiums in the Midwest. The teams play in following levels,\u00a0 International League<\/strong><\/a><\/em> (Triple-A), Eastern League<\/strong><\/a><\/em> (Double-A), and Midwest League<\/strong><\/a><\/em> (Class A). Also, we had the opportunity to see the up-and-coming talent<\/em><\/strong> of Latino\/x ballplayers from Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Cuba, and Puerto Rico as they move up the levels to the majors<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>\n
